Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amansshop. Most of our items are made-to-order, which means they are custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.


Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please check the size guide before purchasing)

  • Change-of-mind or unwanted gifts

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale


🔄 Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item or size.


🌍 EU Customers – Right to Cancel

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Please note: This does not apply to made-to-order products, which are typically exempt from this rule.


💸 Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will notify you by email. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
